Already availeble the First paper of the 2nd issue of the Questio Facti journal "Naturalized Epistemology and the Law of Evidence Revisited" by Professor Ronald Allen (Northwestern University), which opens the debate in the secction Conjectures and Refutations section.
Quaestio facti is an international journal totaly free and open access whose aim is to host and disseminate an analysis of the problems posed by evidential reasoning when it is used to adjudicate a legal dispute, not only within the context of a judicial process, but also within the wide range of administrative proceedings where the relevant law must be applied.
