We are pleased to announce the results of the Call for Papers for the Workshop on Evidence in Tax Law. In this call, we received a total of 19 high-quality and highly relevant manuscripts from researchers from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. This reflects the interest and importance of the topic in our legal community.
The works were carefully evaluated by an Evaluation Committee, who considered aspects such as originality, clarity of presentation and methodological rigor.
We are pleased to announce that it has been decided to accept the manuscript presented by Raphael Lavez, entitled "Test and general anti-abuse rule in double taxation agreements: issues from the OECD Principal Purpose Test."
We thank all participants for their valuable contributions and congratulate Raphael Lavez for his outstanding work. Likewise, we extend a cordial invitation to everyone to attend the Workshop on Evidence in Tax Law, which will take place in the Michele Taruffo Room of the Faculty of Law of the University of Girona on November 15, 2024.
